The property is located at 27 Lemmons Road, Robertson.
There's sufficient space to engage in hobby farming and host large gatherings with both a pool and tennis court at 'Fox Glen'.
The 11.08-hectare country retreat features park-like grounds, an established olive grove and new fencing.
Featuring a five-bedroom homestead plus a separate two-bedroom studio, the property has a large, open-plan living room with open fireplace, a gas kitchen and a media room.
There's also a wrap-around verandah leading to a conservatory with a second fireplace.
The property has a price guide of $3.6 million.
The selling agent is Lisa-Marie Cauchois of Di Jones Real Estate Southern Highlands.
She said the property had been a long-time weekender for a couple from Sydney's North Shore.
"It's very much a lifestyle property, with a getaway type of feel," she said.
Ms Cauchois said the majority of prospective buyers were from Sydney.
"It's people looking to maybe move down here eventually," she told the Mercury.
"But at the moment it's the weekender, it's the aspirational property, and once they retire they'll do the move fully."
Ms Cauchois said Robertson was known as the "green heart of the Highlands".
"You've got a bit of a micro-climate happening there; you've got higher rainfall and higher elevation, so it's a lot greener," she said.
"So the landscape is a little more English - green, rolling hills, lots of pines."
She said the town offered the best of coastal and country living.
"I think the position of Robertson is what makes it so desirable, because you're only half an hour to the beach, and then not even half an hour into Bowral.
"You've also got beautiful views, because you're more elevated there.
"In the Highlands, there's lots of small villages, but the main town centre is really Bowral.
"Except for Robertson, which has a refurbished pub that's really popular, they've got a few new eateries and cafes that are doing really well.
"So it's got a lot going for it."
Features of the homestead include a country kitchen with gas cooktop and European appliances, and a separate rumpus or lounge room with views of the pool and paddocks beyond.
The detached guest accommodation offers an additional two bedrooms and features its own bathroom with underfloor heating.
The grounds include an in-ground pool featuring frameless glass fencing and Travertine surrounds, tennis court, the established olive grove comprising of more than 100 trees, manicured lawns, and farming infrastructure including the new fencing throughout the property and is fenced to run cattle yards.
The grounds are currently set up to comfortably run 20 head of cattle.
