Wollongong remains undefeated in the 2019 Vawdon Cup with three games remaining until finals. Victory over Northern Beaches this Friday night would see the Devils win the minor premiership.
Last week, Jake Bagoly scored four tries as Wollongong secured a 6-3 victory over Manly.
The Devils men's premier league team also remains in finals contention despite falling 6-5 to the Doyalson Dragons last Friday night.
Wollongong trailed by 3-1 but got back into the contest before taking a one-try lead in the second half.
However, a late double strike handed the Dragons victory.
The Devils sit in fifth spot on the ladder with two games remaining in the regular season. Wins over Penrith and Central Coast could launch Wollongong into third place heading into the finals.
Back home, the Wollongong Touch Football Association's men's and women's premier league teams received a bye last week due it being a public holiday.
The two competitions continue on Monday night.
Round three draw:
Men's:
Berkeley Eagles v Dapto Canaries, Corrimal Cougars v Helensburgh Tigers, bye - Thirroul.
Women's:
Dapto v Jamberoo, Corrimal v Thirroul.
