In the first year Dr Simon Rosenbaum, Tim Robards, Scott Evennett and former Dragons player Shaun Timmins spoke about the important role exercise has in helping to improve mental health. During the panel discussion those present heard how women are better at being preventative and not waiting to get help when they think something is wrong. All men present were encouraged to get a check up and talk about their health.
In the second year footballer Jamie Soward, cricketer Doug Bollinger, builder Sasha Mielczarek and other celebrity guests James Brabon, Steve Price and Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia's Illawarra Ambassador Don Hahn all had one very clear message for men.
That was "dont be afraid to pick up the phone and ask someone for help if you need it".
