"People want to have a good day and that's what we're all about as well, " the Jamberoo Car Show committee member said.
"We know people want to see a variety of cars but also have entertainment available for the whole family.
"We've added pony rides and an animal farm for the kids which worked a treat this year."
Mr Cronin said more than 500 cars were displayed on Sunday and about 4000 visitors dropped by Kevin Walsh Oval.
A mix of vintage, classic and modified cars, stationary engines, a working display featured.
"People like the diversity of cars, because we have all sorts of cars. If you couldn't find a car you like today, you don't like cars," Mr Cronin said.
"This year was the 50th anniversary of the South Coast Vintage Car Club so we had them in our special display area.
"I think that went well, they seemed to appreciate the effort we made to make their 50th anniversary special."
As in previous years, this year's car show was raising funds for the Jamberoo Red Cross and Jamberoo Rural Fire Brigade.
"We raised $17,000 last year and hope to get to about $20,000 this year," Mr Cronin said.
"Raising funds is important but it is not the be all and end all. Above all we want people to have a good day.
"We are pleased that everyone seemed to have fun and left with smiles on their faces. At the end of the day, that's what it's all about."
