Wollongong City Council Economy Development manager Mark Grimson showed the video for the first time to a room of 150 business and civic leaders at Wollongong Art Gallery.
He said the imagery reflects the opportunity and innovation that exists in the city and encouraged those present to share the message through their networks and social media channels.
Invest Wollongong is already using the video to encourage businesses outside the region to consider a move to Wollongong saying it can organise business famil tours and privde more information.
