If that sounds like your idea of a good time, we have a list of watering holes, clubs and eateries serving up long, boozy and bottomless menus ...
1. Humber Rooftop Bar
What: Past combos have included pizza and Pimm's, tacos and tequila and ribs and rum. Recent pairings, however, have ditched alliteration in favour of dishes and drinks we love - dumplings and mimosas, burrito bowls and margaritas, and sliders and vodka sunrises.
When: Check Humber's Events on Facebook for the next bottomless brunch at 226 Crown Street in Wollongong.
How much: $49 for two hours.
2. The Bavarian
What: The German beer restaurant offers All You Can Meat, with bottomless platters of traditional Bavarian classics such as sausage, pork belly and schnitzel. The only downside? There's probably not going to be much room left for beer.
When and where: Wednesdays at Wollongong Central and Stockland Shellharbour.
How much: $35 per person (minimum two people). Details.
3. Moominn
What: Wash the bottomless cheeseburger spring rolls (yes, you read that right), chicken spring rolls and dim sims down with espresso martinis and mojitos at Wollongong's quirkiest small bar. Vegan and gluten-free options available.
When and where: Check Moominn's Facebook page for the next bottomless event at 68 Crown Street Wollongong.
How much: $52 per person for two hours. Details.
4. Il Nido Trattoria Pizzaria
What: When a couple of slices just won't cut it, head to this Balgownie stalwart for all-you-can-eat pizza. Now in its 20th year, the Italian eatery specialises in rustic, home-style cooking, inspired by the Giuliani family's northern Italian roots.
When and where: Thursday nights at Balgownie Road, Balgownie.
How much: $22 with any alcoholic beverage. Details.
5. Para Thirroul
What: Formerly the Postman's Quarters, the new-look and much-hyped Para serves up a special Mediterranean feast (expect dishes like en papillote with kalamata olive, heirloom tomato and oregano) with bottomless rosè and select beers.
When: Sundays from 11am to 3pm at 258 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Thirroul.
How much: $65 for two hours. Details.
6. Sunset Cinema Wollongong
What: If you like your movies with a bit of snap-crackle-pop, this year there will be unlimited refills of popcorn from the pop-up snack bar.
When and where: Wollongong Botanic Garden for the duration of the 2019/2020 season from December to February. Details.
7. Dagwood
What: Asian and Mexican street food is on the menu, with past offerings including unlimited mimosas and samosas, cob loaf and booze n' juice, Cosmos and loaded fries and wings and tins. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free substitutions available.
When and where: Check Dagwood's Facebook Event page for the next event at 19 Market Street in Wollongong.
How much: $50 for two hours. Details.
8. Factory @ Collegians RLFC
What: Head down stairs to the recently renovated Factory restaurant at the club for a don't-stop-till-you-drop meal of marinated ribs, chicken wings and onion rings. This feed ends when you say it ends.
When and where: Wednesday nights at 3A Charlotte Street, Wollongong.
How much: $24.90. Details.
9. BBQ Town @ Wollongong Hellenic Club
