This includes Kathryn O'Brien in the newly created role of chief revenue officer.
Ms O'Brien previously served as the general manager of sales and marketing for Hamilton Island Enterprises, and has also worked for Accor, Voyages Indigenous Tourism and Tourism NT.
The company says as CRO, she will be responsible for reservations, direct and indirect sales, and broader commercial partnerships.
"Kathryn has a great track record and reputation in the travel industry and we are excited about the capability she will bring to Experience Co," Experience Co CEO John O'Sullivan said.
"She joins us at a critical time for our business and I look forward to working with her closely as we embark on a new chapter for our business."
Based out of Sydney, Ms O'Brien's primary focus will be across Experience Co's Australian products (Skydive Australia and Adventure Experiences), but will also include a working partnership with the New Zealand team.
She joins the team at the same time as Joe Stein, who has been appointed the new general manager of Skydive Australia, and Adam Jones, who is the new general manager of Great Barrier Reef and EXP's North Queensland's operations.
Mr Stein moves into the role of general manager of Skydive Australia, having been with the company for eight years, working as chief instructor and operations manager of Skydive Australia's Byron Bay Drop Zone.
As of late October, he has taken over executive responsibility for the Skydive Australia business.
In North Queensland, Mr Jones has been appointed to the role of general manager of Great Barrier Reef.
He has been with the company since Experience Co acquired Daintree Tours and has since been running aviation operations for Experience Co with oversight of Great Barrier Reef Helicopters and Cairns Hot Air Ballooning.
