The NBL20 City uniforms were launched on Wednesday, with players to pull on the jerseys for rounds eight and nine.
The special Hawks uniform shows off the stunning sights of the Illawarra and Port Kembla along the Sea Cliff Bridge, exhibiting one of Australia's most scenic drives.
NBL co-owner Justin Kestelman said the City uniforms proved hugely popular last season and the NBL was thrilled to bring them back.
"Each uniform features a design unique to that club's city and represents a jersey that the fanbase can connect to," he said.
"We anticipate these limited edition uniforms will once again be a winner amongst fans and players."
The City uniforms will be unveiled on November 22 when the Brisbane Bullets take on the Adelaide 36ers.
The Hawks will first wear the City jerseys when they host the Cairns Taipans on November 25.
