Cassandra Hingeley pled guilty to one charge of sexually touching a child between 10 and 16 and a charge of inciting a child of that age to sexually touch her.
Hingeley went to extraordinary lengths to hide her identity during her court appearances, including changing her entire outfit inside the courthouse and donning different coloured wigs before exiting the building.
When she did appear outside, she was often wearing large sunglasses or carrying bulky objects to further conceal her face from view.
After pleading guilty on Wednesday, Hingelely left court wearing a blonde wig, her face buried in a binder.
The teenage victim contacted Hingeley via her Instagram profile "Cass in the country" late last year.
The two exchanged messages online, including several that discussed meeting up to have sex.
On the weekend of December 21 last year, the following online exchange took place.
"You know I'm considering coming down this weekend," Hingeley wrote.
The teen replied "if you come down tonight, I could make it out easily".
"How much do you want it?" Hingeley asked.
"So f...king much," the teen said.
She drove the 200 kilometres from Taralga to Wollongong, picking the boy up at his Wollongong home and taking him to a beach at Thirroul.
The pair sat and talked for a while and then began kissing and hugging.
The teen then let her touch his groin through his clothing.
She then allowed him to reach underneath her clothing to touch her breasts and vagina.
There was no penetration, the police facts stated.
After they had finished at the beach, they got back into Hingeley's car and she stopped at a service station to buy him a packet of cigarettes.
She then took him to Belmore Basin in the early hours of the morning, where she dropped him off.
On December 24, the teen mentioned what happened at the beach to a social worker - and police began investigating soon afterwards.
Hingeley will return to Wollongong Local Court on January 29.
