The Olyroos will contest matches against DPR Korea, Lithuania and China in Chongqing as their preparations for the upcoming AFC Under 23 Championships ramp up.
Ryan attended the previous Olyroos training camp in Qatar in October.
The centre-back is currently based in the Netherlands, where he is contracted to Eredivisie side Willem II. He is yet to make his first-team debut.
Ryan joined the Dutch club from the Liverpool youth system in 2017.
The Olyroos require a top-three finish at the AFC Under 23 Championships in January to secure a place at next year's Tokyo Olympics.
Australia have been grouped with hosts Thailand, Iraq and Bahrain, with their campaign set to commence with a clash with Iraq in Rangsit on January 8.
