Contesting the Kiama Junior Masters, Harvey's round of one over par 67 was enough for a three-shot victory over Kiama's Wil Daibarra.
Sienna Clarke of Mollymook turned the tables on perennial winner Selena Bosevski, with Clarke firing an 85 to Bosevski's 86.
The boy's nett was taken out by Kiama's Sonny Ettridge with 66 nett on a countback, while Bosevski took out the girls with nett 79.
Clarke leads the series in the girls nett competition, while Bosevski is first in the girls gross division.
The Stableford section placegetters were newcomer Angus Williams (Port Kembla) 34pts, Ayden Kokcek (Bingara Gorge) 33 and Art Busenschutt (Shoalhaven Heads) 32pts.
Wil Daibarra won the boy's 15 years and over gross with 70, while Kiama's Will Blomley won the nett on 69.
The boy's 14 years and under gross winner was William Kain from The Ridge with 74 and Camden's Noah Graham the nett with 67.
Harvey is the series leader in both the 15 years and over gross and nett categories, while Graham leads both classes in the 14 and under age group.
The next round of the Touchdown Helicopters Junior Open Series will be held on Sunday at Highlands golf club, and entries can be made on the Golf Illawarra website.
