Turner secured victory and set a new world record for the second time in just five days at the 2019 World Para-Athletics Championships in Dubai.
On the back of setting the new T36 100m benchmark on Sunday, the 23-year-old broke the T36 400m final world record on Thursday night.
Turner was engaged in an intriguing battle with Russian Evgenil Shvetsov in the 400m final. He then caught Shvetsov on the final bend and powered home to set a benchmark time of 51.71 seconds.
He beat the previous record of 53.31 seconds, set by Shvestov at the 2012 Paralympics in London.
"I've done my job so I'm quite satisfied with that. The 51.71 seconds is a personal best, it's a great time and I'm very happy with it," Turner told reporters after the race.
"I'm going home for a little bit and then coming back to Canberra to start my training in early December and start getting right up again.
"I have both of these events again [at the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo] and I just want to dominate. I've always had a target on my back so I'm going in there to win them again."
Thursday night's victory complemented Turner winning gold and setting a benchmark time of 11.72 seconds in the T36 100m final.
He overcame a slow start in the final to finish strongly and win from China's Yang Yifei and Mohamed Puzi, of Malaysia.
Puzi previously held the world record of 11.87 seconds.
