The 12-year-old was impressive throughout the tournament, Baldwin taking 4-14 in NSW's final pool-round victory over Victoria.
That win set up a rematch with the Victorians in the final, in which NSW prevailed for the second-straight day.
While Baldwin did not bat in South Australia, she was outstanding with the ball, taking eight wickets at an average of just 9.9
The region's boys were also in action in Adelaide, with Baxter McDonald and Blake Cattle representing NSW.
The side progressed to the semi-final, where they fell to an impressive Queensland team. That saw NSW take on South Australia 2 in the third-place playoff, McDonald scoring 20* and taking a wicket in a comprehensive victory.
Cattle bowled well throughout the event, taking three wickets in the win over South Australia 1.
