A man has been refused bail after being accused of stabbing another man in Fairy Meadow last month.

Emergency services were called to a unit on Daisy Street after reports of a man in cardiac arrest about 10.25am on November 30.
Upon arrival, officers found a 42-year-old man with a stab wound to his chest, believed to be self-inflicted.
The man was transported via ambulance to nearby Guest Park around 11.30am, where paramedics and ambulance rescue helicopter doctors worked to stablise him for almost an hour.
He was then flown to St George Hospital in a critical but stable condition.
A second man, aged 71, presented at Wollongong Hospital with multiple stab wounds.
Officers from Wollongong Police District established a crime scene and started an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Upon his release from hospital, the 42-year-old man was taken to Wollongong Police Station and charged with cause grievous bodily harm to person with intent.
The man appeared in Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday where he did not apply for bail and it was formally refused.
