With a small, but top field of 36 players, the champion of champions sees golfers who are the club champion in A, B, C grades and juniors compete for one of the biggest honours in the region.
Harvey and Holz required extra holes, after both shot one under par 69 in the blustery conditions.
Harvey claimed the title with three solid pars. Harvey's score saw him also claim the junior title by one shot from Eddie Ward who was representing Port Kembla.
Gerringong representatives claimed the B and C grade titles.
Harrison Jones was a clear winner in B grade with his 85 seeing him win by five shots from Highlands golf club's Wayne Temporali.
A playoff was required in C grade between Gerringong's Danny Wedd and The Grange's Peter Tegart after both returned 97.
Wedd was too strong in the playoff to take the title.
The district championship which was played in conjunction with the Champion of Champions saw a strong field assemble, with nine golfers on a handicap of scratch or less.

The win was Mitchell's sixth from his past seven starts at the seaside course.
Highlands golf club's Darren Payne's 69 nett saw him take out the nett, with The Vale's Steven Townsend (nett 70) runner-up after a countback.
