The concert will be held at the Music Lounge in Wollongong Town Hall on Wednesday, December 18.
The performance will feature the award winning Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Eric Dunan as well as encore HSC performances of the three departing band members.
The Jazz Orchestra's 'extraordinary last couple of years' includes completing a tour to America where they performed in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and won unanimous superior ratings at the Reno International Jazz Festival competition.
Their busy performance schedule also included a sold-out show at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre last April with award-winning trumpet player Nick Garbett, and a headline show at the Spielgeltent earlier this year that featured special guest alumni of the band.
The gig at the Music Lounge will also feature special encore HSC performances from band members pianist Michael Dominus, trumpeter Sarah Purdon and saxophonist Riley Clark.
This will be their last performance with the Jazz Orchestra before they move on to the next stage of their careers.
"The musicians have worked hard to prepare a lot of great music this year and the band sounds better than ever," band director Eric Dunan said.
"I'm really excited to see what these young people accomplish in the years to come. There are some real superstars here and we will hear more from them in the future."
The concert starts at 8pm.
