Samantha Louise Mervel, 27, was ordered to complete at least 32 hours of community service for 15 months after being convicted over a fraud offence at Wagga Wagga in February 2018.
She failed to carry out that monthly minimum from March to August 2018.
That breach led to a new order that she complete 100 hours of community service in the 12 months from December 2018.
The Federal Department of Public Prosecutions identified a breach of that community service order as well.
"How much has she done?" asked Magistrate Michael Stoddart.
"Barely any," replied the DPP solicitor.

In this case, she had completed just 10 hours and 15 minutes of the required 100 hours.
Mervel's solicitor said she had been unable to carry out the community service work because she had become homeless and having had "significant" threats of domestic violence from a former partner.
He added she had informed of her inability to attend but could not supply a medical certificate due to the difficulty of getting in to see a doctor at short notice in Gundagai.
Her solicitor said the amount taken had been repaid, via having her Centrelink payments garisheed.
Now living in Wollongong with her mother, Mervel's solicitor said she could complete her community service.
The DPP solicitor said "there really is no indication of compliance".
"Reimposing a community service requirement is of very little value," he said.
Mervel will return to court on February 13.
