Road closures to be implemented tonight
Due to the predicted Extreme Fire Danger Rating tomorrow, several local road closures will be implemented as of 6pm tonight until further notice:

- Wombeyan Caves Rd @ intersection of Old Hume Highway - except for local traffic, but may change to prevent all traffic entering area.
- Greenhills Rd @ intersection of Old Hume Highway - except for local traffic, but may change to prevent all traffic entering area.
- Woodlands Rd@ intersection of Old Hume Highway - except for local traffic, but may change to prevent all traffic entering area.
- Oxley Drive "loop road" , top of Mt Gibraltar.
Further, Transport NSW have advised that the Hume Motorway may be closed temporarily tomorrow between Narellan Road and the Illawarra Highway, due to the changing fire conditions.
Motorists are requested to:
- Avoid the area
- Be prepared for major road closures
- Refer to Live Traffic for Motorway & main road closures and incidents
Updates will be provided throughout Saturday should traffic conditions change.
