The fundraising concert, called 'Fire Fund', will feature a series of Illawarra performers, in addition to other acts.
It will take place at Club Windang (Windang Bowling Club) on January 24.
The line-up will also include Tumbleweed, Dune Rats (DJ Set), Shining Bird, Totty and Maddy Jane.
One hundred per cent of all tickets, raffle and merchandise proceeds on the night will go to the NSW Rural Fire Service, NSW National Parks and Wildlife Services, and the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
"These fires have hit real close to home for us, affecting our closest friends and family, not to mention countless more lives," a post on Hockey Dad's Facebook page said.
"We have decided to throw a massive show in our hometown bowlo, aiming to raise as much money as possible, in the hopes of getting everyone back on their feet and restoring our flora and fauna."
The raffle prizes will include signed surfboards from professional surfers such as Chippa Wilson, Craig Anderson, Dion Agius, Harry Bryant and Mick Lowe.
Tickets for the 18-plus event are available from Moshtix.
However, due to the response to ticket sales so far, the Mercury understands organisers are looking at upgrading the show to a larger venue.
Meanwhile, the Illawarra's music community also rallied to raise funds for our firefighters last Saturday.
The Illawarra Music Foundry hosted the 'Playing for the Firies' fundraiser.
One of the organisers, Mem Davis said the show raised more than $9000 for the NSW Rural Fire Service.
"The community really came together, and we were so overwhelmed by everyone's willingness to participate and donate their time or goods for the event," she told the Mercury.
