The 21 clubs will combine for 91 pennant teams in 2020 with the opening round of competition in the seven grades on February 29.
Collies-Orb won the Grade 6 pennant flag in 2019 with their only team but the bowls club has folded with many of their players electing to cross the road to join neighbours Figgy Bowlo.
Dapto Citizens have 10 pennant teams this year, with Warilla and Figgy Bowlo eight sides, and Oak Flats seven teams chasing a zone flag.
Jamberoo, Kembla Heights and Scarborough Wombarra all have one pennant team.
Just one double-header weekend has been scheduled to fit the season into the state program. Grade 7 is again the most popular grade with 18 clubs combining for four sections.
Due to the number of nominations it was not possible to have a 10-team competition in all grades.
