Big in terms of a giant cannoli stuffed with 50 normal-sized cannolis.
The 'Bazooka Cannoli' is the creation of Pasticceria Caruso. The Sydney-based bakery recently opened its third store, first outside of Sydney, in Stockland Shellharbour.
Store owner Giuseppe Caruso said Pasticceria Caruso was one of the first in Australia to make the 'Bazooka Cannoli'.
"We started it back in 2012 and we've just kept perfecting it as we've gone over the years," Mr Caruso said.
"We are very well known for our Bazooka and our regular cannolis and continental-styled cakes."
Bakery spokeswoman Josie Gagliano added the Bazooka "came about by accident".
"We created it as a bit of joke for a relative's birthday and we decided it looked like a huge bazooka gun, filled with cannoli, hence the name," she said.
"It worked and created a buzz on Facebook, then we got our first order for it. And now they are hugely popular and we make lots of them every week."
The bakery makes around 40 Bazooka cannolis and 4000 normal-sized cannolis every week.
"We also do a lot of custom cakes and importantly all are baked fresh seven days a week," Mr Caruso said.
Pasticceria Caruso opened in Stockland Shellharbour, next to Coles earlier in January.
"This is just the start of our second week, but it is going well so far."
