The concert will be held at Bong Bong Picnic Racecourse, Bowral on Friday, January 24.
Gates will open at 2pm and the show will start at 3pm.
FireAid 2020 organiser John Waters said the concert would support our bushfire-affected communities.
"We're organising a big concert to help the people who suffer terribly in these fires, [including] the firies, their families and people who have lost their homes," Mr Waters said.
"We've got a long concert that starts at 3pm in the afternoon, with Justine Clarke doing a show for the children. I urge you with children who want to see Justine to get there early
Performer Leo Sayer said the concert event would be "full of amazing stars, full of amazing people".
"It's a fantastic concert that's going to benefit all of the people who are suffering and basically been put out of their homes, people who are wildlife rescuers," he said.
"All of the people that need help after this incredible bushfire crisis, which has got us all on the hop."
The line-up will include John Waters, Darryl Braithwaite, John Paul Young, Megan Washington, Jack Jones, Margaret Urlich, Leo Sayer and Stewart D'Arrietta with the songs of Leonard Cohen.
Audience members will also be entertained by several homegrown talents, including Angus Murray and Nyssa and Alex.
The concert will be hosted by Julia Zemiro, from television's Rockwiz and Julia Zemiro's Home Delivery.
Extra cash collections will be made on the day by accredited volunteers carrying buckets at Bong Bong Picnic Racecourse.
