Two men have been charged with concealing a shooting in suburban Dapto that occurred just metres away from a primary school.

Derek Scott Ferguson was arrested at his Denham Drive home on November 15 after he allegedly opened fire at two men who had confronted him at the premises earlier that day.
CCTV footage from the street captures two men, who police will allege are Rian Kinloch and Michael Stephen Black, arrive at the premises in a silver Ford Falcon and have a brief conversation with someone inside the property through the front door.
It is alleged one of the duo then tries to rip open the front screen door, before Ferguson allegedly pulls pulls out a silver pistol and shoots three rounds at the men through the screen door.
Police allege Kinloch and Black then flee on foot towards Dapto Public School, located less than 100 metres down the road.
The footage allegedly shows Ferguson run out of the premises and continue firing at the duo, in the direction of the school.
Police allege Ferguson got in his white Toyota Camry and left his home for about six minutes, before returning, searching the car, then throwing an "unknown object" over the top of his home.
Concerned neighbours contacted police, who arrived 15 minutes later.
When asked what had occurred, Ferguson allegedly told detectives "nah, nothing mate, nothing happened" and refused to talk further.
Court documents said officers found three holes in the front door consistent with bullet holes, as well as ricochet marks on the driveway, a projectile and a bullet casing in the front garden.
Ferguson was arrested and charged with four offences including discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and concealing a serious indictable offence of another.
He remains before the courts, bail refused.
Meanwhile, police arrested Kinloch three days later and Black on January 14.
Both men were charged with concealing a serious indictable offence of another.
Police charge sheets claim both men "failed, without reasonable excuse" to bring information about the shooting to the attention of police, knowing said information "might be of material assistance in securing the apprehension, prosecution and conviction of Derek Ferguson".
Kinloch is also facing weapons charges stemming from his arrest.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He remains behind bars, with his case set to return to court on January 28.
Black was released on police bail following his arrest however found himself back behind bars on Tuesday after failing to report to police as per his bail conditions on Monday.
His lawyer, Matthew Ward, tendered a certificate from the Radio Doctor showing Black had been incapacitated at home due to a foot injury.
Magistrate Jillian Kiely reinstated Black's bail, saying she would give him the "benefit of the doubt" about why he didn't report.
Black's case will return to court on March 11.
