Two Fire and Rescue crews were called to Korrongulla Crescent to extinguish the blaze which had engulfed about 30 per cent of the structure.
A Fire and Rescue spokesman said crews were called about 3.35pm to reports of a building fire.
When firefighters arrived at the home, they found fuel and the car port alight.
A nearby building and shed were also partially affected.
An additional crew was called and the blaze was extinguished about 4.30pm.
Police, ambulance and an energy crew were also in attendance.
Police and fire crews will investigate the cause of the fire.
