On Thursday, Football South Coast released the draw for this year's pre-season competition.
District League clubs Fernhill and Shell Cove (Group E) will face off in the first game on February 12 at 6.30pm before Illawarra Premier League's Bulli FC meet Wollongong United at 8pm.
Both IPL clubs missed out on last year's Frat Cup finals and they are joined in Group C by Albion Park White Eagles and Corrimal.
"Every time we play them, it's a tough game," Bulli president Paul Connery said.
"We've drawn a very hard group, we realise that. But it will be a good test for our young squad.
"We are hoping to see Dylan Lewis back in action after a year off. We're obviously looking for some of our senior people like Kyle Jackson to lead the way."
Berkley will host Thirroul in the other Group E clash while Albion Park takes on defending Frat Cup champions Corrimal in a Group C game.
There will be plenty of interest in the remaining IPL Frat Cup games. There will be a Group A double header at Elizabeth Park on February 16 with Tarrawanna facing Wollongong Olympic while Woonona has drawn Bellambi. Cringila is scheduled to meet Port Kembla and South Coast United hosts Coniston in Group B clashes.
In District League games, University takes on Kiama while Warilla meets Picton in a Group E double header at King Mickey Park. Oak Flats will take on Balgownie and Helensburgh will host Unanderra in Group F's round one matches.
Round two of the Fraternity Cup will begin on February 20. The competition continues until the grand final on March 15.
