Three of those four will come on the road, starting with Friday's clash with seemingly finals-bound Cairns.
They'll host New Zealand in their Indigenous Round clash on Sunday ahead of road games against Melboune United and Sydney to finish their campaign.
With finals off the table, and little chance of climbing off the bottom of the ladder, it promises to be a rough trot home but Flinn insists his side won't simply let the season peter out.
"I think motivation is intrinsic, it comes from within," Flinn said following Friday's loss to Sydney.
"If you're not motivated to play any game in this league you probably need to ask yourself why you're here. I believe every second you get on the floor in an NBL game you need to be playing as hard as you can.
"I think we've bred that into our roster and we'll continue to breed that in while ever I'm here. We are at that stage of the year now where it's a bit of a grind and you really going to see people's true character come to the surface.
"I feel like I'm a broken record at times, I keep saying where building to something, mostly next year. It's the truth, that's what we're doing, but we've still got to get better each game. We'll re-calibrate now and go up to Cairns."
Three of the Hawks five wins this season have come against the Taipans, including a 10-point win on their last trip north in round six.
They notched a thrilling overtime win in their most recent meeting in Wollongong - anchored by a memorable triple-double from LaMelo Ball.
It presents a rare chance for a last-placed team to sweep a title contender, something Flinn is certain the Snakes will be out to avoid.
"I don't want to put the mock on us but we've got a chance to sweep a team that's most likely going to be in the playoffs," Flinn said.
"Obviously we go into every game to win. They're an incredibly tough team and Mike [Kelly's] done a great job. I look at where they were last year and try and use that to re-calibrate and try and have a vision on where we're going next year.
"He's done an incredible job Mike, I've got so much respect for him. That's going to be a really difficult game for us but we'll put a plan together and we'll go up there and put our best foot forward."
Skipper Todd Blanchfield echoed the sentiment, saying the playing group has showed absolutely no sign of splintering despite a host of trying circumstances.
"I don't think [motivation] will be an issue at all," Blanchfield said.
"We've got a young hungry group where guys are still getting here an hour before training and guys aren't leaving for half an hour-45 minutes after training so everyone's still hungry.
"Yeah we're not getting the results we want but it could be a lot worse if guys were saying 'F this, we're not winning, we can't make playoffs, I'm ready to go home' but no one's got that attitude.
"Everyone's still putting their best foot forward on the floor. We've got three out of these last four games on the road but we've got to continue to play hard and aim to get four out of four. That's got to be our goal."
