Those jubilant words were uttered by Mercer Administration Services head Craig Rice following news the company had been appointed AvSuper's preferred administrator.
"For us here in Wollongong, this is the first new client that we've had for a number of years. We're open for business in Wollongong in terms of this market, which is great news," Mr Rice told the Mercury.
"It also supports the fact that we are actively bidding for other new businesses and we believe our operations here has got a great proposition of the market place that trustees will find very valuable."
Mercer CEO Ben Walsh added that the Coniston-based company was best-placed to look after AvSuper.

We have real expertise in superannuation administration in Wollongong and are committed to creating jobs and investing in the Illawarra," Mr Walsh said.
