The Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival will take place from March 6 to 8.
The community festival is in its 33rd year, and will feature 40 acts and 80 performances across more than 35 venues throughout the Kiama area.
The headline acts will be Brisbane's Blues Arcadia and Sydney blues vocalist Milena Barrett.
Eric Dunan, director of the Jazz Studies Program at the Wollongong Conservatorium of Music will host the curated 'Jazz Lounge' at Kiama Leagues Club.
This will feature artists such as German-based Shannon Barnett, Kristin Berardi and Sam Anning.
"We're getting a lot of calls about the acts appearing (at the lounge)," Tom Oxley from the festival organising committee said.
"People can't actually believe they're playing here."
The festival will feature the free Hindmarsh Park stage performances on the Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Mr Oxley said festival organisers, in conjunction with the Kiama Business Chamber, will further liven up the atmosphere with a curated buskers' trail.
He said there would also be a picnic steam train operating over the weekend to bring people down from Sydney.
More festival acts are to be announced.
The festival is a not-for-profit community event run by volunteers.
