Football South Coast released the official men's premiership fixture on Wednesday night.
After winning last year's District League crown, the Roses are set to meet reigning IPL minor premiers and grand finalists Wollongong Olympic in round one.
The 2020 season will kick off on March 20 with Cringila taking on Tarrawanna.
In other first round IPL games, Wollongong United will meet Bulli, Woonona faces Albion Park, Coniston tackles Port Kembla and 2019 champions Corrimal take on South Coast United.
The District League comp also begins on March 21 with five games across the region. Balgownie meets Unanderra, last year's grand finalists Oak Flats face Helensburgh, Warilla take on Fernhill, University FC meets Berkeley and Thirroul hosts Kiama.
The round finishes on March 22 with Shell Cove hosting Picton Rangers.
