Football South Coast's second Cup competition, the 2020 Bert Bampton Cup, begins on Saturday.
The Warilla Wanderers take on Balgownie, University FC meets Berkeley Sports, Kiama tackles Picton and Shell Cove will face Thirroul.
Warilla and Kiama will be confident after reaching the Cup's round of 16 in 2019.
Thirroul will look to build after reaching the District League preliminary finals in 2019. Berkeley starts from the bottom in 2020 after finishing in last place, while Balgownie and Picton also missed out on finals.
Shell Cove and Uni reached this year's Frat Cup quarter finals, losing to Illawarra Premier League sides Coniston (2-0) and Wollongong United (4-0).
Several FSC teams will also kick off their campaigns in the nation-wide FFA Cup knockout competition this weekend. Albion Park City, Port Kembla, Albion Park White Eagles, Wollongong Olympic, University of Wollongong, Coledale, will all be in action.
Tarrawanna already moved into the next round with a 3-2 win over San Souci on Wednesday night.
