De Belin remains stood down under the NRL's no-fault stand-down policy after being charged with aggravated sexual assault relating to an alleged incident in a Wollongong apartment in December 2018.
The process kept him out of his side's entire 2019 campaign and after his March trial was delayed for legal argument.
It will continue in Wollongong Court next month, but a new trial, should it occur, would be unlikely to come prior to August.
"Nothing really changes with Jack, it's been an ongoing process," McGregor said.
"We'll know more in April and that's pretty much where we've left it. We've been training no differently this week to how we have the last 14 weeks.
"Jack's not available at this stage, we'll review that when it comes in April."
