Woonona's Dale Whiteman, who allegedly had a dossier of underage girls he had sexually abused on a flash drive, now faces 51 charges after he was arrested on December 11 last year.
The 31-year-old's alleged victims were aged between 11 years old and 15 years old, with the accusations taking place between 2007 and 2019.
Eleven of the charges, mainly the grooming offences, relate to a child aged 12 years old at the start of alleged abuse which spanned more than a decade.
Police documents said 12 charges related to another girl aged 13 when the alleged abuse started in 2007.
The documents detailed one particularly disturbing incident where Whiteman allegedly forced the girl's hand on his erect penis and encouraged her to masterbate him until he ejaculated.
He is also accused of touching her genitals.
In another alleged incident, Whiteman is accused of forcing a 14-year-old girl's hand to touch his genitals.
He allegedly removed a 15-year-old girl's bra and groped her breast on a seperate occasion.
Seven charges of sexual intercourse, attempted sexual intercourse and acts of indecency allegedly occurred against a 15-year-old girl in 2018.
Police arrested the 31-year-old on December 11 last year after a 13-year-old girl reported having inappropriate contact with him on Instagram.
Police will allege Whiteman used social media to befriend the girl before soliciting pictures of her in lingerie and asking to meet up for sex.
Detectives seized Whiteman's electronic devices at the time of his arrest and spent two months sifting through hundreds of files.
They discovered 71 folders on a single flash drive, each featuring a different female name.
Inside the folders were screen shots from the named girl's social media accounts, records of sexual conversations she'd had with Whiteman and - in some cases - videos and images of the girl in her underwear, police claim.
Whiteman was originally charged with one count of procuring a child for unlawful sexual activity at the time of his arrest in December, relating to the allegations involving the 13-year-old girl from Instagram.
He was subsequently released on bail.
However, police re-arrested Whiteman in March after another underage girl came forward with details of her alleged sexual abuse.
The alleged victim told detectives she and Whiteman had had sex at least four times during a six-month period between 2008 and 2009, when she was aged 14 and he was 20.
Police will allege they discovered the girl's name and images in one of the folders on Whiteman's flash drive.
Whiteman has been charged with 10 counts of procure child for unlawful sexual activity; 14 counts of having sexual intercourse with a person under 14 years old; possessing child abuse material; 7 counts of procure child under 14 years for unlawful sexual activity; 6 counts of committing an act of indecency with a person under 16 years; aggravated sexual assault of a victim under 16 years; 6 counts of aggravated indecent assault and 6 counts of attempted sexual intercourse with a child aged between 14 and 16 years old.
Whiteman remains behind bars and will next appear in Wollongong Local Court on May 27.
