The Shellharbour talent has turned to social media platform Tik Tok to create entertaining content while she remains at home due to the COVID-19 crisis.
Foord isn't the only Matilda player to turn to Tik Tok for fun in recent times, joining the likes of Samantha Kerr, Lydia Williams and Stephanie Catley.
"Asking for a friend. Is tik toking for 2 hours by yourself a sign of starting to lose their mind [smilie emoji]," Foord recently tweeted. Catley replied that using Tik Tok was a "very, very common symptom of self isolation".
All football and training sessions have been suspended for the foreseeable future.
Foord was sent into quarantine for 14 days as a safeguard against Coronavirus following Australia's Olympic qualifier in Vietnam on March 11. The Matildas qualified with a 2-1 win over Vietnam, but the Olympics have been postponed until 2021.
