The Carnival Spirit was the first to dock on Saturday to restock and refuel before following federal government orders to leave Australian waters.
Since then several cruise ships have docked and two - Radiance of the Seas and Carnival Solstice - had had people on board removed.
"The NSW Police Force assisted with the transfer of six people from the Radiance of the Seas at Port Kembla about 1pm [Monday]," a NSW Police Force spokesman said.
"The crew members underwent an initial medical assessment before being taken to a hotel in Sydney's CBD."
It is understood several people were also taken off the Carnival Solstice when it docked on Tuesday.
NSW police now have enforcement powers over the cruise ships and Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said on Wednesday he had ordered the removal of people onboard ships docked at Port Kembla and in Sydney.
"We will continue to take people off who are sick and need treatment or are pregnant or are Australian," Commissioner Fuller said.
Voyager of the Seas docked at Port Kembla on Wednesday morning and is the last cruise ships scheduled to arrive.
