The two businesses have introduced deli and dry goods to their menus along with the addition of alcohol and cocktails. They both deliver but are now rolling out a new woodfired pizza trailer and are looking for locations to offer a drive-thru pick up service in the northern suburbs.
A successful trial run was conducted on Monday when the Il Nido Wood Fired Pizza trailer teamed up with Coal Coast Brewing Co in Bulli and provided a drive thru service at the Bulli Bowlo site on the Princes Highway.
