A man wanted on outstanding warrants will face court on Friday charged with breaking into a Balgownie home and stealing a car.

During a patrol of the Lake Illawarra area on Wednesday, police allegedly witnessed a blue Toyota Corolla accelerate to high speeds to avoid police.
Police say the car was tracked to an address in Port Kembla, where the driver - a 23-year-old man wanted by police over a break-in and stolen car at Balgownie - allegedly ran into the backyard of a residential home.
Officers attended and witnessed the man drinking an unknown fluid from a container.
The man was arrested by virtue of outstanding warrants before disclosing the fluid he drank was GBL.
Police rendered medical assistance and called NSW Ambulance paramedics, who attended and took the man to Wollongong Hospital for treatment.
A crime scene was established at the home and inquiries commenced into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The man was released from hospital on Thursday, and taken to Wollongong Police Station, where he was charged with drive motor vehicle during disqualification period and aggravated break and enter dwelling etc in company.
He was refused bail and is due to face Wollongong Local Court on Friday.
Police will allege the man - in the company of a 26-year-old woman - broke into the home on March 26 and stole jewellery and bedding, before taking off in a car parked at the property.
Officers from Wollongong Police District charged the woman in relation to the alleged break and enter on April 8.
She remains bail refused and is due to appear in Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday, June 3.
