Stratford took to social media last week to claim items had been taken from the Gwynneville office in the fortnight after the club was placed into voluntary administration.
The alleged theft prompted Stratford to move items of memorabilia - including the 2001 championship trophy - from a board room shared with the Illawarra Basketball Association and place them in the Hawks office.
He subsequently changed the locks and reported theft of other items to police who opened an investigation. However, a report compiled by administrator Michael Jones confirmed that items were returned on Friday.
"Sometime after my appointment, it is alleged that various former members of staff gained access to the Company's premises and misappropriated items belonging to the Company and / or the Director personally," the report said.
"As a result of the above misappropriation, a report was made to the NSW Police Force by the Director, with my consent. On 7 May 2020, I received advice from a former employee of the Company that whilst various items were removed from the Company's premises, they were removed to work from home as part of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"On 8 May 2020, a number of items were returned to the Company's former trading premises. I am currently in the process of comparing the listing of assets returned to the list of assets removed from the Company's premises after my appointment."
