The organisation is waiting on the release of official guidelines before plans can be finalised, with hopes the government will permit games to resume from July 1.
Junior and community leagues will play a 14-round season before finals, while the Illawarra Premier League teams will have an extra few weeks to train and contest a restructured Bert Bampton Cup to prepare for play.

That will see the season start in late July, with teams to play each other once.
"The sports have submitted information to the NSW government around return to play framework," FSC CEO Ann-Marie Balliana said. "Everybody's hoping for July 1st as a start date.
"If we start in July, thoughts are we can get 14 rounds in for most competitions, rather than the usual 18.
"Our position on the men's Premier League is unchanged, still a one-round season and finals."
