A man has died following a workplace accident at an industrial site at Berkeley on Friday.

Emergency services were called to Maluko Concreting on Berkeley Road, Berkeley about 6am on Friday, following reports a man was crushed by a gate.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, the man, aged 65, died.
Officers from Lake Illawarra Police District attended and began inquiries in conjunction with SafeWork NSW.
On Friday, a spokesperson for SafeWork NSW said they were on-site and investigating, following reports that the man died after being crushed by a gate.
"SafeWork's investigation is ongoing," the spokesperson said.
Meanwhile, a tearful, unidentified friend of the victim who attended the scene said the 65-year-old man was like family.
"He's like a brother to me," the friend said.
The friend said he didn't know the details of the incident.
The Mercury contacted the owners of the business for comment.
Police say they are preparing a report for the information of the coroner regarding the death, and making sure next of kin are involved.
