Stood down under the no-fault stand down policy, de Belin has trained with the team for the past 18 months.
Given his efforts at training, Hunt is confident de Belin will make a seamless return if cleared to play.
"He's definitely ready to play," Hunt said.
"He won't miss a beat if he comes in. He'll be such a massive boost for us, not only with the ball, but defensively he's a great player. In defence he can really change a game, he'd be a huge boost for us."
