The new cameras at the Railway Street and Towradgi Road intersections have been in testing mode for the last two weeks.
They will go live on Wednesday, with the fixed cameras switched off before then.
The new cameras will operate in warning mode for a month, with offenders being sent a letter in the mail rather than a fine.
Transport for NSW declined to say whether there would be any period in the coming days where no cameras were operating on that section of Memorial Drive.
