Fear of getting judged on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms is a real concern for young girls and boys alike.
Alexia Alana Zouroudis is like most teenagers and always wants to look her best.
But Figtree's Miss World Australia NSW 2020 finalist is on a mission to help uncover people's inner beauty and raise funds for Variety - The Children's Charity in the process.
The 18-year-old is featuring in a Makeup Free Day Campaign that aims to empower and promotes inner beauty.
"This is part of Miss World Australia's beauty with a purpose mission. It also promotes that it is okay to not wear makeup and to be able to post on social media without wearing makeup," Alexia said.

"These days you get accustomed to seeing photos on social media of girls wearing makeup and dressed really nicely. It's strange to see no one wearing makeup but wouldn't it be good if we could change that.
"People should be able to embrace their natural flaws without feeling like they are going to be judged.
"I've put photos of myself on social media without makeup already."
Alexia is also hosting a Makeup Free Day Girls Night charity event on Friday, July 3 at her Figtree home. Details at lanapt71@gmail.com
