Stibners and his Wollongong teammates Luke Pople and Shawn Russell have been named in the Australian Rollers men's squad for the Paralympics, starting in August 2021. It will be Pople's inaugural Games campaign while Russell represented the Rollers in Rio in 2016.
Australia's squad includes eight players with Paralympics experience, led by captain Shaun Norris and Tristan Knowles both preparing for their fifth Games.

The Paralympics were set to be held this year, but were postponed due to COVID-19. Rollers coach Craig Friday admits the delay may work in Australia's favour.
"This gives us more time to explore the talent amongst the group and also an opportunity to see where we can improve ourselves and be better," Friday said.
"You take the good with a situation such as this."
