Police stopped Taia Kakahi's Toyota Kluger on the M1 at Figtree on April 16 under the suspicion she was breaching COVID-19 laws after seeing three people inside the vehicle.
Neither Kakahi or her passengers could provide police with a reasonable excuse for being out that night.
During a subsequent search of her car, police discovered 2.4Lt of the party drug gamma butrylactone, commonly known as GBL, or liquid ecstasy.
Police claim the drugs were found in three different water bottles and each mix was sprinkled with glitter.
Police will allege Kakahi added the glitter to the GBL as a "personal trademark" to make the product more enticing to potential buyers.
Officers also found a drug ledger, digital scales, measuring cup, small spoon, glass pipe and a glitter kit containing two small tubs of silver and gold glitter.
Police estimated GBL had a potential street value of $14,400, with a single dose considered anywhere between 1ml and 3ml at a time.
Kakahi was charged with two counts of drug supply and breaching COVID-19 legislation and remanded in custody at the time.
Meanwhile, police carried out further investigations into Kakahi's alleged drug activity, resulting in detectives laying an additional 10 charges against the 38-year-old in court on Wednesday.
They include two counts of late commercial drug supply amid allegations Kakahi played a part in the supply of 28.1kgs of GBL in the Wollongong area in the two weeks before her arrest.
Large commercial drug supply carries a maximum sentence of life behind bars.
Details of the alleged supply including where it took place and to whom was not publicly disclosed during the proceedings.
The remaining charges relate to allegations Kakahi was involved in the sale of methamphetamine and buprenorphine.
Kakahi remains behind bars and will front court again on August 19.
She is yet to enter a plea to any of the charges.
