The Saints have aligned with men's premiership favourites Figtree as part of a NSW restructure, after claiming the division one premiership, their third during a decade-long run in Sydney.
"We've only lost a couple of players from last year, so we want to maintain a high standard now we're in the South Coast competition," she said.
"We loved playing in Sydney, but winning the premiership helped everyone at the club to put that behind us and focus on being success here.
"We've also really enjoyed the partnership with Figtree, who are looking really strong with three men's teams."
The Saints will feature two teams, taking on Wollongong Bulldogs on Saturday week, with the Lions, Northern Districts and Bomaderry in the premier division.
The Bulldogs and Saints will also have a team in division one, as well as Shellharbour, Nowra Albatross and Bay and Basin Bombers.
Amid concerns the Saints including will deliver a lop-sided competition, given a number of clubs have inexperienced and new players, Moane said the club is determined to enhance the league.
"We've had our tough times playing in Sydney, we know what it's like rebuilding and developing players," she said. "But we've done a lot of work in the South Coast competition already through youth girls and other programs to introduce new players and we want to continue that now we're playing here."
