HE'S still desperate to get off the Mad Monday nudie run, but Dragons prop Josh Kerr isn't chasing four-pointers as he looks to continue a breakout NRL campaign.

An outside back in his formative years, the 24-year-old turned heads in his NYC years in Melbourne with his ability to find the try-line, even with the No. 10 on his back.
It made him a highly touted signing when he linked with the Dragons at the end of 2016 though there were fears for some, including himself, that his potential may go unrealised after struggling to crack the NRL.
He admits the front row has proven a "tough school to learn at" but he says a shift in mentality is behind his NRL coming-of-age.
"I haven't always been the most confident guy but I gain confidence by playing well and when I'm doing things right for the team," Kerr said.
"If I take a tough carry find my front and get a quick play-the-ball and we score off that next play, it's the best feeling. For me that's what I enjoy doing now.
"I would love to score tries like anyone else, I grew up in the outside backs so every game I headed into before this year it was about scoring a try here or there.
"I've kind of switched my thinking to 'what are the little things that we need?' I'm trying to bring my focus back to what's best for the team and everyone else. I do want to get that one try though."
The Redcliffe product is making the most of his chances this season, featuring in all eight of the Dragons game and attracting his fair share of interest on the open market. He has a player option on a modest deal for 2021, though his stocks will rise if he becomes and NRL regular.
With Tyson Frizell departing and stood-down star Jack de Belin off-contract, there's likely to be plenty of movement in the Dragons forward stocks, though Kerr's leaving those discussions for another day.
"I've signed for this year and next year's a negotiable year if I wanted to stay or leave, just to see how I was going and what was going to happen with me," he said.
"I'm negotiating with the Dragons at the moment and there's been a few other clubs come to the table to, which is crazy because I'm still really in the moment of just enjoying playing first grade
"I still go out there every week thinking 'this is unreal'. I know this is my job and I've got to make sure I do it, but I still can't get rid of that kid inside me. I try and humble myself and just think 'what's the best thing for the team this week?'
"At the moment I'm a Dragon and I love being a Dragon. We're going through a tough period and my first option is to stick by the boys until the end, til whatever happens happens."
Tough times have come around again after a disappointing last-start effort against the Raiders, but Kerr said his side are keen to silence knockers against Manly at Kogarah on Sunday.
"We had two good wins and, even though we copped that loss against the Roosters, we did improve," Kerr said.
"We all thought we played pretty shocking against the Raiders last week and we only ended up losing by six points. We know it's there, it just needs some fine-tuning.
"Rome wasn't built in a day for these other teams killing it now. We're not blind, we see the stuff on social media and everywhere else and what gets said but we've got the belief and we want to prove everyone wrong."
