Sitting on 507sqm, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located at 1A Pheasant Point Drive, Kiama.
There is currently no price guide for the property.
However, other Hamptons-influenced properties in the Kiama area have fetched in excess of $3 million.
Owners Terry and Fay Browne have owned the property for 18 years.
"We love the location," Mrs Browne said.
"There's always something happening; with the views, you watch the weather come and go. Walking into town, it's so easy to access.
"It's a great family home. We also have friends over for New Year's, and we watch the fireworks from the balcony upstairs."
The home has had an extensive high-end renovation completed, in accordance with its Hamptons theme.
The Hamptons-style approach is inspired by the architecture and decorating of holiday homes in the seaside communities along the eastern beaches of upstate New York's neighbouring Long Island.
A key element to the Hamptons-style look is liberal use of the colour white.
"When we bought the place it was a bit of a mess, as far as a rabbit warren," Mr Browne said.
"I basically worked with a carpenter and we just about changed every room in the house... And because we have three grandkids and a couple of kids, we put an upstairs section on as well, but in keeping with the Hamptons style of the house."
Mrs Browne said the home's Hamptons-influenced feel meant it was popular with passers-by.
"A lot of people stop and photograph it," she said.
The property offers views of the harbour, Black Beach, lighthouse and the park.
It also features a modern kitchen.
You can also relax on the multiple balconies, or escape to the private sunny central courtyard.
The Brownes are retired, and selling in order to move to an acreage property in the Kiama area.
"It's just a perfect location, and in some ways we'll be said to leave, but we're moving for good reasons," Mr Browne said.
The selling agents are Scott Douglas and Aleesha Borg from Raine & Horne Kiama.
The auction date is to be confirmed, but is expected to be in early September.
There is no price guide for this property.
However, comparable sales include the Hamptons-inspired property at 27 Tingira Crescent, Kiama, which sold for $3.35 million in 2018.
A riverfront home at 78 Charles Avenue, Minnamurra sold for more than $3 million.
