After clinching their victory win of the Premier League season, Albion Park will look to develop that winning feeling in the coming weeks.
The White Eagles secured a 2-1 win over South Coast United in miserable conditions at Ian McLennan Park on Saturday night.
Coach Goran Trajceski said Albion Park were now keen to build momentum ahead of next week's home clash with Port Kembla.
"The boys showed a lot of character and I thought they deserved the win," he said.
"That's a great win for us. Moving forward, it puts us in good stead for the Port Kembla game. It's just the monkey off our back sort of thing.
"We changed a few things around positionally after having a draw and a loss. The ball's in their court against Port Kembla. But the boys will be alright, they'll be looking forward to that game.

Heavy rain across the region meant the White Eagles versus United clash was the only IPL game to get the green light over the weekend.
There were tough conditions as players took to Ian McLennan Park, which continued throughout the game.
Albion Park were the more attacking side in the opening half, but couldn't convert their chances. The score remained at 0-all at half time.
However, the contest opened up in the second half, with the White Eagles hitting the scoreboard in the 52nd minute thanks to a Brendan Fordham header.
Jordan Nikolovski then gave the visitors a 2-0 advantage in the 78th minute with a lovely long-range strike.
Jamie Wakeling managed a late consolation goal for South Coast, but the White Eagles held on for a 2-1 win.
While there was room for improvement, Trajceski said plenty of positive signs emerged on Saturday night.
"It was tough. The rain was moving sideways so it was slippery under feet. It was just heavy conditions up there, it always is when it's raining up there," he said.
"But the energy and commitment, it was good all night. Having said that, full credit to South Coast United - they hung in there.
"I thought 'Fordo' [Fordham], with an experienced head on shoulders, was outstanding. Our centre back [Araki] Naomichi was brilliant. But apart from that, all of the boys worked hard."
While the White Eagles now return to training, four Illawarra Premier League teams will turn their attention towards this week's Bert Bampton Cup semi finals.
Cringila will host 2019 Cup champions Bulli at Crehan Park on Tuesday night, while Wollongong United tackle Bellambi at Macedonia Park on Wednesday evening.
