The double storey, four-bedroom, four-bathroom family home at 40 Mailer Avenue, Wollongong is for sale via Expressions of Interest.
Features include landscaped grounds, feature eco-stone fireplace with hand-placed quartz, open plan family living overlooking in-ground pool; and an outdoor entertaining area with imported pizza oven.
The solid timber front door provides a unique welcome as old meets new with its custom-imported brass knocker from England alongside a Skybell WiFi video doorbell.
Modern features also include a Bose surround sound system, Google smart lighting and ducted air-conditioning throughout.
Owners Goran and Toni Pecoski bought the property five years ago and completed a knockdown-rebuild two years ago.
Mrs Pecoski said she was a fan of the Hamptons style.
The Hamptons-style approach is inspired by the architecture and decorating of holiday homes in the seaside communities along the eastern beaches of upstate New York's neighbouring Long Island.
A key element to the Hamptons style look is liberal use of the colour white.
The couple regularly visit the US, and were influenced by this type of architecture.
"Some of the stuff we had to source from the States because Hamptons (style) is American, so there were a lot more choices in that regard," Mr Pecoski said.
"I think we've been able to blend some of the modernisms and some of the technologies with the Hamptons style."
Mrs Pecoski said a key feature of the home was the fireplace.
"I really love it - I love that it's an Australian designer based in Melbourne," she said.
"He made it bespoke for us, there's not another one of its kind, and it's made out of that calacatta marble."

Mr Pecoski said he enjoyed the outdoor area.
"The pizza oven speaks for itself... We sourced it from Napoli, and the size of it is quite magnificent," he said.
"We love entertaining, and I think it's the focal point for what we do."
Mrs Pecoski said they were now "looking at our next opportunity to build again".
"Our heart and soul were poured into this house, and I think the reflection of what we've put in is what we've got out of it," Mr Pecoski said.
"It catches peoples' eye. We've had people be blown away, stop and knock on the door and ask some questions. I've never had anything like that, and I've built a few houses over the years.
"There are a lot of Hamptons-style ones coming through, but I think it's unique in the way it's put together. And no expense has been spared - the best of the best is in there."
The selling agent is Robert Dimovski from Dimosons Real Estate.
"It has wide appeal because it's unique," he said. "I don't think there's too many other Hamptons homes within the Illawarra, of that spec anyway. It's one of a kind... A mix of traditional with technology."
