Bulli came from two goals down, with Luke Van Zyl and striker Ben McDonald finding the back of the net, as the teams finished level at 2-all at Balls Paddock.
Olympic's goals were scored by veteran Johnny Martinoski and Keegan Matias. The result means Bulli and Olympic both remain unbeaten in this year's IPL competition.
Bulli coach Julio Miranda said he was proud of his team's fight after being down 2-0.
"That first goal from Luke Van Zyl was pretty special and then we obviously got back to 2-2. I thought we created enough chances to get the three points, but it is what it is," he said.
"I knew they [Olympic] were going to be pretty good and my whole thing was that we stay in the game in the first 30 to 45 minutes, and we did that. It's a bit disappointing that we probably showed a bit too much respect in some ways.
"But I knew we would come home with our sails up, and physically and fitness wise we were going to get on top of them. But we move on to next week."

Wollongong were able to hit the scoreboard first in the 26th minute through Martinoski. Matias then doubled Wollongong's advantage nine minutes later.
However, a nice strike just minutes later by Van Zyl gave Bulli momentum heading into half time.
Olympic led 2-1 at the break.
Both sides showed good form in the second half, but it was Bulli who hit back in the 61st minute through McDonald to draw level at 2-all.
And that's how the score remained.
